Modification of Services

The Company has the right to discontinue, change or modify the Service (by addition, deletion or modification) from time to time. However, The Company does not have any obligation to issue a refund to the user on account of discontinuation or termination of the Services, whether at the option of the Company or the User.

Refund & Cancellation

If incase the refund is processed or the enrolled client avails for the cancellation of the services the same would be processed in maximum 7 days.

In case of any breach of Terms and Conditions by you, The Company may terminate the Agreement and as a result de-activate your User ID forthwith sending an email to the registered email address.
If you wish to terminate the Agreement, you can request for deactivating the User ID by writing to us at support@craftingcredit.com. We will deactivate the ID within 3 Business Days.

Once the Agreement is terminated, your right to access and/or use the Service(s) will cease immediately and you will no longer be able to log on to the website using your User ID. Any personal information that is in the possession of The Company will be dealt with in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Assignment
The license granted to you by these Terms and Conditions is personal to you and you shall not assign or transfer any of your rights or obligations without our prior written consent.

Waiver

Any failure or delay on the part of The Company or you in exercising any right or remedy hereunder shall not operate as a waiver thereof. Any waiver (express or implied) by either party of any default or breach of these terms shall not constitute a waiver of any other or subsequent default or breach.
